By Gordon Armstrong (G’s Gig Shots)
One of the original pioneers of the Bay Area thrash scene, Exodus proved tonight that you don’t need a huge light show , flame throwers or a collapsing set to keep your fans happy and moshing! Kicking off with ‘Black 13’ the sixteen song set never let up the pace, with songs spanning their 37 years existence! Due to Slayer commitments however Gary Holt wasn’t playing BUT his duties were more than suitably filled by Kragen Lum, who alongside Lee Altus ripped through the songs !I’ve read a lot of comments since the gig all stating it was one of the best Thrash shows in a long time!!
